Lady Rams Tennis Versus Clark-Atlanta Cancelled; WSSU Finishes Season 2-22

WSSU closes out 2008 season with a pair of victories; 2-22 overall

ATLANTA, GA - Winston-Salem State University Lady Rams' head tennis coach Charlie Schoderbek announced on Sunday evening that the WSSU women's tennis match versus Clark-Atlanta University has been cancelled.

 

Schoderbek's Lady Rams, who were scheduled to face Clark-Atlanta on Sunday afternoon in Atlanta, Georgia will not make up the match and close the season with a 2-22 overall record.

 

WSSU's pair of wins came versus Savannah State University on February 23 and versus Salem College on April 10.

 

The Lady Rams close the season led by Terese Lavan and Johanna Nunez who each recorded three singles victories in 2008.
