Personal: Pringle is in his sixth year with the WSSU Department of Athletics and in his third year in the capacity of Assistant Director of Athletics for Facilities and Operations. A native of Charleston, S.C. and the youngest of three children, Pringle was hired as a full-time employee in the Athletic Department after completing his internship within the department during the 2003-04 academic year. Prior to the 2005-06 academic year he was elevated to the position of Assistant Director of Athletics for Facilities and Operations where his duties include overseeing game day operations, event management and various other administrative and operational concerns within the Athletic Department as well as serving as the WSSU Athletics Coordinator of Facilities.

Pringle earned a B.S. in sport management from WSSU in 2003 and was recently married to the former Kandice Parker of Durham, N.C. in November 2006. The couple and their eight-month old son Jayden reside in Kernersville, N.C.
